Hello. Extending you a warm welcome to the beginning, or a continuation of your spiritual journey into self love, care, confidence and mastery! I offer a therapeutic and holistic approach to self discovery and healing. Having qualified as a Reiki Master, Hypnosis (QRP) Therapist & ICU Academy Teacher (working with children www.inner-tuition.com) and having also been attuned to the Andean healing energies called Munay-Ki, I believe in the power of healing through identifying and resolving limiting behaviours, conditioned ways and distorted perceptions from within you. Often we carry these around as survival responses or impact from this and other life experiences that lay unresolved/unhealed, affecting the way that we experience life leading to patterns of behaviour that we might not consciously choose to have.
I have also completed training in using ancient Peruvian Energy Clearing practises which add to my offerings. These sessions include the use of Peruvian techniques using a Shacapa, Hucha & Sammi stones and Icaros (healing frequencies) gifted from the Amazon, as well as Medicine Music to support the transformation of your inner landscape.
Our sessions together will; bring areas into your awareness for dissolution, support energetic re-balancing, release limiting behaviours, restore karmic balance, identify and dissolve conditioning from early years and support stress reduction. The release of these experiences helps your system heal and aids in you reclaiming sovereignty and zest for life.
I regard each individual as being very capable of getting back in tune with their heart, bodies and soul, so you may make adjustments to your lifestyle - enabling you to move on from physical, emotional or mind issues. I believe in nurturing, rather than battling against the body. Once you start to pay attention to what is going on in your inner and outer worlds and learn from them - you have the capacity for great change - embracing fully this life that you have been gifted with.
Based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, these sessions can be used as an alternative to, or complement any current medicinal use.

QRP (Quantum Reprocessing) is a beautiful process of being supported in a safe space to explore and release what is stored in the subconscious mind from either this or past lives. Our meet can be in person or via online video. You are fully aware of the whole process. The sessions are interactive as I guide you through a deeply transformative Hypnotherapeutic journey experience helping to identify any areas to resolve, and invoke your own powerful healing ability. Sessions are for; Clinical areas (behavioural change, phobias or addictions), Past Life Recollection, Higher Self Connection, Heal the Child, Relationship Resolve & Timeline/Manifestation. EFT and long term physical illnesses can also be addressed.
Shamanic Energy Rebalancing & Transformation sessions are incredibly postiviely impactful on physical, mental and emotional restoration. The healing techniques, Icaros, Medicine music and energetic support will create better well being and can leave you feeling calmer, happier, refreshed and also more motivated - creating space between percived issues to regain clarity on making any necessary changes in your life that may be impacting you from living this life to the full.
